If you are in genuine "Financial Hardship" we may as a condition of the "Waiver" granted by the FSA be able to progress your claim.
If you feel you are in "Financial Hardship" please answer the following questions:

1. Do you believe you are in Financial Hardship?

2. Do you think you need Debt Advice?

3. Are you on State Benefits?

4. Are you on a Debt Management Plan?

5. Are you claiming against a business account?

6. Would you like us to check to see if we can refund your money from Mis-Sold Payment Protection Insurance on loans you may have taken out?

7. Do you have a loan or Credit card that you owe more than £1,000 including interest?

8. We can now "Audit" Credit Cards and Loans (Over £1K including interest) to see if they comply with the Consumer Credit Act. If your agreement does not comply our Legal Panel (Solicitors) will proceed with a claim to have your Debt Written off, would you like more information?
